Louis Bleriot was born on July 1, 1872 in Cambrai, France. Louis Bleriot never gave up. He failed so many times and kept trying. He also created the Bleriot XI. He didn't just start flying and building planes, he had many other jobs that still involved aviation. Some of his jobs were French Airplane Manufacturer, Manufacturer of headlights and other accessories for planes(which funded his earliest work) and he created a system in which the piolet could operate the ailerons by remote control. He became famous because he was the first man to fly across the English Channel which is between Continental Europe and Great Britain. He died on August 2, 1936 in Paris, France.
